Tom is a very knowledge and welcoming massage therapist and always makes sure the pressure is perfect / listens to your goals for each session. Alice at the front desk is also very friendly and always makes me feel welcome. An hour here always goes by too fast!
At elements they are friendly accommodating have improved their parking validation process and always wanted to help a client's needs. Weather is going above and beyond to schedule reschedule or make appointments. Also, Julio, the masseuse and a skin tech lady are very nice people. You feel amazing coming out of that place with very respectful people at hand.
